General conditions of sale – Internet consumers

The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") govern exclusively the contractual relations between any user of the site www.apres-la-mousson.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "You") and the merchant Après la mousson belonging to the company CHABANEL SARL, whose registered office is at Le Plait - La Maison du Captitaine 43140 Saint Victor Malescours - France and registered with the trade and company register of Puy en Velay RCS 340133057, whose inter-Community VAT number is FR020340133057 (hereinafter referred to as "Après la mousson"). By checking this box, You agree to abide by the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use contained therein.

It is specified that purchases of Products on the Site are reserved for natural persons over 18 years of age and having full legal capacity.

Après la mousson also reserves the right to refuse any order having an abnormal character. Any order of a Product proposed on the Site implies the Customer's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Price

The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.

The selling prices are indicated in Euros and All taxes included, except delivery costs. The Value Added Tax is that in force in France.

All orders are payable in euros only.

The fixed amount of participation in the delivery costs will be reminded to the Customer when choosing Products and will be charged to him at the end of the order on the summary page of order, in addition to the price of the Selected Products.

Availability

The Products available for sale are those which appear on the Site; The offers are valid as long as they appear on the Site.

Secure payment

The price is payable in cash, in full, on the date of the placing of the order by the Customer Après la mousson. Puts at your disposal the following method of payment:

Delivery Methods

All our shipments are All Taxes Included (TTC) according to the rate of Value Added Tax in force in the French territory.

Your order will be delivered to the address indicated on your order.

The delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of the physical possession or control of the Products.

Après la mousson offers colissimo delivery in France and internationally.
Within the following time limits:

  • Within two to three (2-3) working days for France, the European Union, Switzerland and Norway, except in exceptional cases,
  • Within eight (8) working days for destinations outside the European Union, except in exceptional cases.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer will verify the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (ie: Missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must be indicated, first of all, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature with the carrier.

An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will not be validated and processed until the next working day.

Your signature will be requested upon delivery. In case of absence, a notice of passage is deposited in your mailbox and allows you to withdraw your parcel from the carrier. The parcels are kept pending for seven (7) calendar days.

Shipping costs are free for orders over 100 euros.

Conditions of return / special cases

If the conditions of return of the Products are respected, Après la mousson will propose a credit of the amount corresponding to the initial purchase.

Entire Agreement

The present General Terms and Conditions and the order summary sent to the Customer form a contractual set out summarizing all the agreements entered into between the parties.

Intellectual property

All contents of the Site Après la mousson. (Illustrations, texts, labels, trademarks, images, videos) is the property of Après la monson.

Any partial or total reproduction of the content by any means whatsoever and on any medium is subject to prior and express authorization of Après la mousson

Après la mousson can give You permission to copy, display or distribute any content for which You do not own any intellectual property rights. Any use of these contents in fraud of the rights held by third parties on them constitutes the crime of infringement, severely punished by the Code of the Intellectual Property.

Après la mousson can not in any case be held responsible for the violation by a Client of rights held by third parties and perpetrated due to the activities of the latter on the Site
